This policy describes how lvl X, Inc. ("we") handles information in the Tr3k iOS app and at tr3k.app (together, "Tr3k").

Location (precise)

With your permission, Tr3k uses your device's precise location to show nearby Tr3ks, route you to stops, and confirm arrival. Location is processed to serve these features while you use the app; we do not build a location history profile or sell location data. You can deny or revoke access in iOS Settings › Tr3k › Location; nearby features will stop working.

Camera (optional)

Camera access is used only for optional augmented-reality views at stops. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not uploaded or stored by us.

Accounts (optional)

You can play without an account. If you create one with Sign in with Apple or email, we store your email address (or Apple private relay address), display name, and account identifier. With Sign in with Apple, Apple may share only a relay email if you choose to hide yours.

Game progress

Your Tr3klings (pets), rewards, and progress are stored on Cloudflare Workers / KV infrastructure, linked to your account (or an anonymous device-local ID if you play without one).

Maps

Maps and routing use Apple Maps / MapKit. Apple's handling of map requests is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Analytics, identifiers & ads

Tr3k does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) briefly for security and reliability.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent personal data. Rewards are digital collectibles with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and progress data while your account is active. To delete your account and data, use account settings in the app or email [email protected] from your account email; we delete within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Tr3k is intended for a general audience and we recommend users be 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). Parents should supervise younger players' use of location and camera. If you believe a child under 13 gave us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Safety

Tr3k is for passengers and parked play. Never interact with the app while driving.

Your rights & changes

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data; email us to exercise them. We will post updates here and revise the effective date.
